Tax Advice
The Tax Team offers strategic tax advice and helps put in place effective strategies to deal with tax matters. Services include the development of tax efficient structures for project finance transactions, corporations, new financial instruments and real estate deals.
The Team also provides ongoing advisory services to corporations regarding the impact of fiscal changes and represents clients in tax litigation cases before all levels of the Albanian courts.
Our tax advisors also actively participate in the development and drafting of fiscal legislation. The Team has a wide experience in the areas of corporate, partnership, trust, and individual taxation at all levels.
